※当サービスは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、クレジットカード情報、正確な位置情報などの個人情報を自動収集することはありません。
Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2(i) に基づき、データの送信先（受領者）を以下の通り開示します。通信はHTTPSで保護され、AIへの接続は中継サーバーを経由するため、各サービスのAPIキーや認証情報はユーザーのデバイスから直接送信されません。

※AIサービス（DeepSeek等）へのデータ送信は、Cloudflare Workersで構築された中継プロキシを経由して個人情報を切り離した匿名化された状態で行われます。中継プロキシ上には対話履歴は保持されず、AIへの送信時にはユーザーを特定するアカウントIDやデバイス識別子などの個人識別情報は一切含まれません。
Google AdMob等の第三者配信事業者は、Cookieやデバイス識別子を利用して、ユーザーの当サービスや他のサイトへの過去のアクセス情報に基づき、適切な広告を配信します。ユーザーは、Googleの広告設定にて、パーソナライズ広告を無効にできます。
当サービスからリンクやバナーなどによって他のサイトに移動された場合、移動先サイトで提供される情報、サービス等について一切の責任を負いません。
当サービスのコンテンツ・情報につきまして、可能な限り正確な情報を掲載するよう努めておりますが、AI生成の性質上、誤情報が入り込んだり、情報が古くなっていることもございます。当サービスに掲載された内容によって生じた損害等の一切の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
著作権の帰属: 当サービスを通じて生成された個々のUGC（第三者のライブラリ、アセット等を除く、独自のコード・デザイン部分）の著作権は、これを作成したユーザー自身に帰属します。ユーザーは、エクスポート機能を利用してコードを取得し、自己の責任において外部サーバー等でこれを公開、利用、および収益化することができます。ただし、利用にあたってはAIプロバイダー（Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.等）の利用規約を遵守するものとし、第三者の権利侵害等のトラブルが発生した場合でも、当サービスは一切の責任を負いません。
当サービスへの利用許諾: ユーザーは、当サービスに対し、アーケード機能での公開、サービスの宣伝、および品質向上のために、UGCを無償で利用（複製・公開・配信等）する非独占的な権利を永続的に許諾するものとします。これにより、共有URL等を通じて当サービス内でゲームが公開・維持されることを了承するものとします。
権利侵害への対応: 当サービスは第三者の知的財産権を尊重します。著作権侵害や肖像権侵害、公序良俗に反する内容等についての報告を受けた場合、当運営の判断に基づき、該当コンテンツの削除や非公開化などの適切な措置を迅速に講じるものとします。ただし、虚偽の報告や合理的な根拠のない申告についてはこの限りではありません。また、ユーザー同士の紛争や当事者間での個人的なトラブルについて、当運営は仲裁する責任や義務を負わないものとします。
当サービスは13歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。13歳未満の児童は当サービスを利用できません。また、13歳以上の未成年者がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の同意を得た上でご利用いただくものとします。
本ポリシーまたはプライバシーに関するお問い合わせは、サポートセンターまたは以下のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。なお、当サービスは匿名認証の特性上、アプリのアンインストール後はユーザーの特定および個別データ（認証アカウントを含む）の照合・手動削除が技術的に不可能となります（アンインストールに伴いアクセス権は失われ、アカウントは実質的に凍結状態となります）。サーバー上を含めた完全なデータ消去を希望される場合は、必ずアプリを削除（アンインストール）する前に、アプリ内の設定画面より「すべてのデータを削除」をご自身で実行してください。

*Data transmitted to the AI provider (DeepSeek) is fully anonymized and routed through a Cloudflare Worker proxy. The proxy does not retain conversation histories and strips all user-identifying details (such as account IDs or device identifiers) before transmitting prompts to the AI, ensuring that the data processed by the AI cannot be linked back to your personal identity.
Third-party vendors, including Google (AdMob), use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this Service or other websites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
We are not responsible for any information or services provided on third-party sites linked from this Service. While we strive to provide accurate information, AI-generated content may be inaccurate or outdated. We disclaim all liability for any damages caused by the use of content on this Service.
Ownership: Copyright of original portions of UGC (excluding third-party libraries and assets) belongs to the user. You may export the code and use, publish, or monetize your creation externally at your own risk, provided you comply with the terms of our AI providers (e.g., Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.). The Service disclaims all liability for any legal disputes, malfunctions, or infringements arising from your external use or monetization.
License to the Service: Users grant the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute their UGC for purposes such as hosting in the Arcade, promoting the Service, and improving quality. By sharing a URL, you agree to the public display of your content within the Service.
Intellectual Property and Violations: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Upon receiving a valid report of copyright infringement, portrait rights violation, or content violating public order and morals, we will review the report and take appropriate actions, including the removal or restriction of the content. However, we reserve the right to decline action in cases of unsubstantiated or false reports. Furthermore, the Developer is under no obligation to mediate personal disputes between users, which must be resolved directly by the parties involved. Unauthorized reproduction of the Service's original assets (UI, logos, text) is prohibited.
The Service is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Service. Minors who are 13 years of age or older must obtain parental consent to use the Service.
For inquiries regarding this Policy or privacy matters, please contact us via our Support Center or at the email address below. Please note that due to the nature of anonymous authentication, once the application has been uninstalled, it is technically impossible for us to identify users or verify/manually delete individual data (including authentication accounts). Uninstalling the application revokes your access rights, and the account effectively becomes frozen. If you wish to completely erase your data, including from our servers, you must execute the "Delete All Data" feature within the in-app "Settings" screen prior to deleting (uninstalling) the application.
